We can carpool from Sacred Heart at 10:30

Meet at the shrine by 12 Noon
Bring your lunch and beverage, tour the grounds and gift shop
Confessions, Adoration, & Rosary at 1pm
followed by Mass at 2:00 pm

Getting out of the house and being together·

Sharing ideas on dealing with limitations and
different ways of doing things.
Participating in activities and sessions offering
support of a healthy mind, body and soul.
Come and enjoy an afternoon with us. We share
lunch, conversation, have a variety of speakers
and sometimes just enjoy some music and a singalong.
