Getting out of the house and being together· Giving
encouragement.
Sharing ideas on dealing with limitations and different
ways of doing things.
Participating in activities and sessions offering support of a healthy mind, body and soul.
Come and enjoy an afternoon with us. We share lunch, conversation, have a variety of speakers and sometimes just enjoy some music and a singalong.
